Accessing this website makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms. You agree to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of others.
Prices and the composition of the menu may vary with produce availability and season. The information published here is indicative; the version in force is the one provided at the restaurant.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, trade marks and design — belongs to Restaurante Horizontal or is used with permission. Reproduction without express consent is prohibited.
Data protection

What we process and why: when you make a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time, and any notes you give us (for example allergies or intolerances). The purpose is solely to manage and confirm your booking and to look after you at the restaurant.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to providing the service you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you give us health data (allergies or intolerances), we process it on the basis of your explicit consent and only in order to prepare your food safely.
Retention: we keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and thereafter for any legally required periods, after which it is deleted.
Recipients and processors: we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers are involved in delivering the service:
- Bouzon Digital — website development and hosting, and publication of the menu and the set lunch menu, on servers in the European Union, as a data processor (Article 28 GDPR).
- CoverManager — the restaurant’s booking system. The booking form embedded on the home page is theirs and receives directly the details you enter in it.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — location map embedded on the home page. The map only loads if you accept it (see “Cookies”).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — aggregate visit counting, with no cookies or identifiers (Cloudflare Web Analytics). A US entity certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to reservas@restaurantehorizontal.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own: no advertising, audience-measurement or profiling cookies. Visits are counted in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors. The only things this site stores in your browser are:
- Theme preference (light or dark) and your cookie choice: stored in your browser’s local storage. They are strictly technical and are not shared with anyone. Your cookie choice is kept for 24 months at most.
The home page embeds two third-party services —CoverManager bookings and the Google Maps map— that may set their own cookies. For that reason they do not load until you accept them in the cookie notice, or until you press the button shown in their place. If you later reject them, they are removed from the page.
The table shows what we measured on 3 October 2026 when loading them. Those cookies are not ours and we do not control them: which ones are actually stored depends on your browser (many block cookies from embedded content) and their owners may change them. Anything we could not observe is marked as such and is governed by each provider’s policy.

In Chrome, with bookings embedded in this site, only m (Stripe) and the New Relic
and Stripe storage were actually stored; the rest appear when bookings are opened in a
separate tab or in browsers that allow cookies from embedded content.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer legislation determines otherwise.
